So we built the tool we wish we had.

Hi, I’m Aaron, the creator of Superhost AI and I’m a full-time Airbnb host, just like you

When I first started hosting in Edinburgh, I really enjoyed it. Meeting new people, creating welcoming spaces, making sure every stay felt special - that part came naturally.

But what didn’t come naturally was how often I had to repeat myself. Same questions, same answers - at all hours of the day. Even when the guest experience was great, I was constantly pulled into the inbox.

After a while, it became clear: the biggest drain wasn’t the cleaning or the maintenance - it was the messaging.

I was spending way too much time answering the same guest questions — check-in info, Wi-Fi issues, local tips, you name it.

So I trained an AI using my own listing details, house instructions, and the way I normally write to guests.

Now, when a message comes in, I just copy it into the AI — and it gives me a clear, helpful reply in seconds. I check it, copy, and send
